We have 3 full time roles available within a friendly team to support their business needs. These roles are temporary and expected to last until April 2018.

This will involve accurate entry of information into in house systems.
Diary management, organising meeting agenda and minute taking.
Typing documents and letters / distributing.
Using Purchase Order System to order goods and materials.

Awareness of Safeguarding essential and due to nature of role must be able to pass a DBS check.

Days of work are Mon - Fri - office hours (37 per week)

Knowledge of FIMs or SIMs systems ideal but not essential.
