My client in Watford are experts in financial services and are seeking an additional office support candidate to join their team on a full time and permanent basis. This is a small but busy office, and would greatly suit someone who has prior experience in the financial services industry. You will be able to take ownership of your own workload, with additional abilities to multi-task to ensure successful operations of the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out administration duties
  • Review and manage financial cases
  • Navigate and ensure accurate records for new and existing customers
  • Adhere to FCA regulatory and legal frameworks
  • Reception support, answering and directing phone-calls
  • Developing systems and procedures
