Business Support Administrator
Your new company is a fast growing UK based distributor of high quality leather products, located in Milton Keynes.they are a strategic partner with a large-scale manufacturing facility as well as being a leading distributor of premium leather.
Your new role as a business support administrator is to support a fast growing business as well as becoming a integral link within the team. working within a similar role would be beneficial as well as having high end customer service skills with a commercial mindset. This fantastic new opportunity has scope to progress.
What you'll need to succeed you will have had previous experience working alongside a management team providing administrative and day to day general support. Providing second to none customer service skills as well as dealing with customers issues whilst building and retaining customer relationships and maintaining rapport.Being able to multi task as well as having a trust worthy personality will be a huge asset as you will be also supporting the sales team and account managers.
Essentials for this role are as follows:
- Minimum of 2 years experience administrative support.
- Numerate(GCSE B or equivalent)
- High level of administration skills
- High proficient in MS Word,MS Excel,MS Outlook
- Well organised with the ability to meet deadlines
- Confident, thorough and collaborative whilst maintaining a flexibility proactive approach.
- Able to prioritise tasks as well as work well under pressure and set expectations accordingly
