You will be providing business support services and solutions within the organisation.
The client is really lovely, they have a great working environment and you will be replacing someone who has recently left the business to move onto pastures new.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
+ Facilities Administration
+ Managing, sorting and organising the post
+ Managing the meeting rooms at the office and making bookings
+ Raising purchase orders and sales orders
+ Invoice and purchase order reconciliation
+ Has previously been exposed to similar tasks as has been listed
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills
+ Due to the location it will be best for the candidate to be able to drive
+ Available on short notice
