Think Specialist Recruitment are excited to be working with a market leading organisation based between the Watford and Rickmansworth area. My client is looking for an experienced Administrator to provide administrative support to Engineers and the Sales team. This person will need to have previous experience within a similar position, someone who is quick to learn and works well within a team environment.

Salary - £20,000-£24,0000
Hours - Monday - Friday - 9:00am - 6:00pm

  • Logging new opportunities into Salesforce
  • Obtaining quotes from suppliers and inputting into systems quotes
  • Using price lists to input pricing and validating pricing with suppliers
  • Uploading quotes to specific quote folders for the procurement process
  • Uploading client documentation into specific quote folders
  • Creating client versions of quotes both in Excel and PDF versions
  • Maintaining opportunities in Salesforce with information and uploading any relevant documents
  • Maintaining price list, standard discount and supplier contact information
  • Working with the Sales Administration team
  • To support the operations of the Sales Administration team
  • Become proficient in all sales administration tasks
  • Act as conduit between the sales team and their clients, build relationships and ensure clients orders are fulfilled as required

  • Previous experience within a similar position
  • Experience of providing administrative support
  • Strong communication skills on all levels

  • Good IT skills
  • Highly organised in approach to work
  • Ability to build strong working relationships
  • Due to location a driver is preferred
