Business Support Administrator - Recruitment sector, Bristol

Award-winning technology consultancy serving the public and private sectors are seeking an experienced recruitment administrator to join its Business Support team.


This is a fundamental support role at the operational hub of the business. The role offers a huge amount of variety where no one day will be the same. Responsibilities will include sourcing suitable candidates for specific roles, lead gathering, contract and compliance work, dealing with client and candidate enquiries and generally turning your hand to where support is needed.


You will have at least 6 months minimum recruitment administration experience. Due to the nature of the industry, experience within a regulated market/SC Cleared sector would be an advantage though not essential. Alternatively, you might be a recruiter looking to move out of a 360/sales role and into a busy, hands on support role where you can capitalise on your recruitment knowledge and expertise. You will be an excellent communicator, you will genuinely enjoy talking to people, you will be confident and articulate and able to connect with people at all levels. The ability to multi task and to work under pressure is essential.
