This client has a unique and streamlined application platform, that enables time-poor technology businesses from any sector to secure up to seven-figure government funding 11 times faster and 8 times more successfully than applying alone or through traditional consultancies.
As a Business Support Account Manager you will be steering the customer through their product journey, whether that be with their proposals and business plans, or resolving queries and issues.
You will be a highly organised problem solver and an excellent communicator, with proven experience in high-level customer support. In addition to this, the role will involve presenting and evaluating updates on their account, so you will have a broad understanding of different products and the solutions you can provide. A huge passion for customer service and solving problems is a must.
