Business Specialist - Sales Systems (FTC)

To continuously do this, we are now looking for a Business Specialist - Sales Systems to join the team who will bring extensive knowledge of how sales systems function, how they integrate and how they may be adapted to fit different situations. You will deliver efficient demand management, training & communications for UK Sales Systems and will offer support in the design, planning, execution and evolution of new systems and processes to improve efficiency for Retailers and Head Office to enable the delivery of a Best Customer Experience.
As the Business Specialist, you will manage Sales Systems demands for MBCPOS, CESAR & Car Locator, ensuring that any new demands are captured & prioritized with the business and retailers. When required, you will establish a user group to consult with retailers and liaise with relevant Daimler AG and HQ teams to manage demand through the process to delivery.
You will support development & provision of training to Retailers on Sales Systems with some onsite training delivery as needed. As the Systems Specialist, you will contribute to the development & communications to Retailers on these systems and will work to ensure compliance with established standards and governance, whilst responding to standard information and support requests -ensuring adherence to quality standards/service level agreements.
It’s important that you continuously monitor and evaluate processes relating to the operation of Sales Systems to recommend changes to ensure optimal efficiency, relevance, quality and benefit to the end customer.
