Business Services Administrator - Borehamwood - £9.20ph - 9 Month Contract - Immediate Start

The Opportunity

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a proactive and experienced coordination and contracts Administrator to join this well established organisation. You will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth running of operations on a day to day basis.

Duties and Responsibilities
* Scheduling and coordinating engineers works for traffic lights, bus routes and emergency work

* Responsible for ensuring the safe and effective running of all direct and contractor field resources for a range of work types including Small Service Connections and Fault activity, thereby ensuring full utilisation of the resources. It will be necessary to update all scheduling tools and other in-house IT systems.

* A large part of the role includes liaising with Operational teams to ensure that delivery targets are meet achieving great Customer satisfaction

What you'll need
? Would consider someone from a coordination or contracts administrator position.
? Ability to work in a pressured environment as part of a highly focused team
? Previous experience within a customer service environment
? Good telephone skills
? Good level PC literacy, with the ability to learn and use a variety of systems with fast and accurate keyboard skills
? Team work, the drive and ability to work co-operatively with others to achieve shared goals and optimise the contribution of all members of the team
? Initiative - A bias for action and problem resolution
? Flexible attitude to work and working hours
? Self motivated, with a strong drive to succeed
? Ability to build good working relationships with other staff and other teams within the business
? Street works NSWRA experience would be an advantage
