We’re looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Sales Consultant to join our growing team. You’ll play a key role in driving business growth by identifying opportunities, engaging clients, and delivering bespoke solutions that add real value.
Key Responsibilities:Develop new business through proactive outreach, networking, and referrals
Engage with key decision-makers via phone, video, and face-to-face meetings
Understand client challenges and present tailored product/service solutions
Manage the full sales process from prospecting through to closing and onboarding
Build long-term relationships that drive repeat and referral business
Track and report sales activity using our CRM system
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Proven B2B sales experience (essential)
Strong consultative selling skills - you're more solution-finder than product-pusher
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Confident in both telephone and face-to-face client engagement
Self-motivated, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Full UK driving licence (if travel is required)
