Mortgage Administrator



We are currently recruiting for a Mortgage Administrator to join our fast paced telephony team based in Milton Keynes. This is a fantastic opportunity for someonelookingfor progression and development within the mortgage industry. The successful candidate will have a desire to workwithin the financial services industry and ideally have begun their CeMAP studies, however we will support our employees through their CeMAP studies during your employment with us.



Duties include;




  • Reviewing a proportion of mortgage cases received from Countrywide mortgage consultants
  • Carrying out quality checks in line with agreed Business Advice Standards
  • Ensuring any amendments and corrections are reflected within the client files for audit trail purposes
  • Producing accurate, clear and concise written correspondence where further information is required
  • Referring any queries relating to applying the agreed standards to the Senior Business Quality Officer and if necessary, agree a way forward
  • Organising workloads to ensure that productivity objectives and deadlines are met
  • Providing general feedback on cases submitted as required


Preferred skills and experience;




  • CeMAP 1 qualification preferred with the attainment of the full qualification within 2 years
  • A minimum of 4 GCSE`s at Grade C or above including English and maths
  • Strong written and verbal skills are essential
  • A proven track record in a telephone based customer service role is essential
  • Adaptable to changing workloads and able to work to tights deadlines
  • A working understanding of the financial services industry is preferred
