An opportunity has arisen for Complaint Handler to join our Business Quality Assurance Team based in Beckenham.
You will be an integral part of the team who are responsible for the resolution of complaints and fraud investigations using varying mediums of correspondence, working closely with other business areas to provide the very highest level of customer service to the business, clients and their shareholders.
What being a Complaint Handler involves:
- Ensure complaints are responded to within the relevant timescales and that replies to complaints are consistent across all operational departments
Ensure responses to all complaints are factually correct
Comply with Link Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) policy at all times
Completion of incident reports
Analysis of complaints and preparation of management information
Identify trends and/or training needs and escalate through the correct channels
Skills and Qualities you will need:
- GCSE Maths grade C minimum or equivalent
GCSE English grade C minimum or equivalent
Knowledge in Excel, Word & Outlook.
FCA experience and awareness (desirable)
Experience within the stocks and shares industry either within a brokerage or registrar environment (desirable)
