This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading Financial Services provider based in the Bristol area as a Business / Quality Assurance Adviser.
Your new role
Will be to provide robust quality assurance activities across various areas of the business including pensions and investments. Provide file checking reviews and analysis, ensuring output is in line with both business values and principles as well as regulatory requirements. You will provide technical support and training to the business in relation to correct documentation preparation and processes. You will monitor and escalate as required, regular breaches and trends. Attend and support meetings to ensure consistent approach to Treating Customers Fairly and the highest Quality Assurance standards
What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous experience in a Business / Quality Assurance role from within a busy Financial Services organisation. Experience of documents checking and compliance monitoring ideally with Pensions and Investments exposure. Ideally you will hold a QCF Level 4 qualification e.g. CII Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning. Keen organisational and stakeholder engagement skills are essential.
