Our client are looking for some one to join them initially on a 6 month basis, this role will be to support the Global Commercial Manager.

Job Purpose:

Proactively manage direct orders/projects from the MOS team to ensure the highest possible standards of customer service and efficiency are met contributing to group target of 98% on time in full delivery performance.

To provide proactive updates to Sales teams and Channels on orders and to manage urgent spare part orders. When necessary, become involved in the escalation process with Internal and External suppliers to ensure promise dates are kept and organise order books to satisfy customer needs. Attend on-line project meetings and maintain action log co-ordinating the involvement.

Project Management - To manage all direct orders from point of entry in Oracle. Work with colleagues from internal departments and external suppliers to attempt to achieve customer request date, but to ensure delivery in full to promise as a minimum. Maintain weekly updates on order status and schedule.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

EDUCATION & TRAINING
• Degree in a business-related subject or equivalent knowledge / experience
EXPERIENCE / KNOWLEDGE
• Business to business (B2B) interaction
• Despatch/ Intercompany (Desirable)

SKILLS

• Advanced Excel, good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

• Oracle
