Role summary:

This is a newly created role, situated within the Finance and Business Services division of BH Live. Working alongside the Business Support Manager this role is critical for the business to ensure processes are in line with business requirements, comply with legislation, financial regulations and ensure best practise across the organisation.

You will take responsibility for documenting existing processes within the business, creating a Database of findings, identifying gaps and suggesting improvements.

Candidates must:

  • Have experience in a similar role that involved process mapping or continuous improvement

  • Have good relationship building skills

  • Have the ability to analyse data and present findings

  • Be able to work independently as well as part of a team
