My client is an award winning company in South Manchester, and are currently looking to recruit a Business Partner Service Coordinator to their growing team.
As a Business Partner Service Coordinator reporting to our Key Account Manager, you are responsible individually and as part of a team for supporting the Commercial Sales Team, in order to retain and optimize the commercial return from an existing portfolio of accounts, and to support the New Business Sales team with the successful implementation of new accounts.
Part of your role will be to record all complains and or issues in line with company processes. You will complete a monthly strategic and mid-tier partner commissions and account performance report.
A key part of this role is supporting the commercial sales team and the customer experience team. On a monthly basis you will be required to carry our mystery shop calls with reception and service staff as agreed with each dealership and provide the results back to the relevant people.
It is important that you ensure accurate records of meetings and key information is recorded in the CRM platform.
Ideally, you already have a proven track record in sales and/or account management and will be used to building rapport and understand how to handle objections.
Accident repair or motor claims industry experience would be a distinct advantage!
Basic salary will fall in the £23-27k range. This will be + bonus package, company car and many other perks - it really is a fantastic package on offer.
