Business Order Administrator

Adecco are delighted to be working with a fantastic organisation based in Patchway, north Bristol. This is a temporary position until beginning of June, but could be extended. They are looking for an experienced, reliable administrator to help around the recruitment office.

The role:
- Managing orders, from uniforms to Stationary
- Answering phone calls on a daily basis from a variety of vendors
- Managing and upkeep on accurate spread sheets
- Aspects of Accounts Payable, experience is desirable.
- Checking invoices against delivery notes

The Person
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Fully Microsoft proficient
- Professional demeanour at all times
- SAP experience is desirable
- Full parking is on site
