An exciting opportunity is now available for a Key Worker Business Manager to join Sovereign on a permanent basis.
You will be responsible for ensuring a high quality; responsive and comprehensive accommodation service is provided to our customers across a number of sites located in the midlands, central southern and south western England.
You’ll also be the guardian of the key relationship with our NHS and MOD partners making sure we comply with our contracts whilst meeting Sovereign’s long term business objectives.
You will manage circa 70 employees through a dispersed team of Accommodation Managers based at site offices and will need to guarantee that in each location we provide an effective service to residents, demonstrating a commitment to issues such as customer care, equality and diversity and achieving value for money.
To be successful in this role you will have proven experience in a similar or related role, a track record of people management and experience of managing budgets. You will need to ensure effective control of expenditure and proactively and positively represent Sovereign ensuring strong operational relationships are developed.
This role can be based from any of the following office locations, Newbury, Christchurch, Bristol, Abingdon or Basingstoke, you will be required to regularly travel to the different Key Worker sites in Poole, Leicester, Gloucester, Reading, Isle of Wight, Yeovilton and Torquay. As such, having access to a car and Full UK Driver’s License is essential.
