Hudson Executive are delighted to be partnering with a highly disruptive technology client who are seeking to appoint an Operations Director. Having developed a unique technology platform providing a variety of software solutions to the insurance arena the business is poised for rapid international expansion.

The Business Operations Director will report to the COO and be responsible for client relationship management ensuring adherence to all existing and new SLAs. The broad and all encompassing remit also includes:

  • Responsibility for the global service management function
  • Building and maintaining effective relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Effective management of existing and new accounts carrying out periodic service reviews, client on-boarding management and client SLA management
  • Extensive senior stakeholder management including supporting the COO in ensuring the team is appropriately resourced and operating effectively and efficiently
  • Ensuring your keep up to date with all regulatory developments and ensure appropriate compliance, governance and risk control procedures are in place

As an experienced operations leader, you will have a demonstrable track record of successfully influencing senior stakeholders whilst leading, motivating and developing your team. The ideal candidate will have gained an understanding of the UK life insurance industry whilst also having gained experience working in an IT environment managing complex client contracts.
