Due to an internal promotion an exciting opportunity is currently available for an experienced BUSINESS MANAGER to join a large sales team in the S.E. LONDON area.
The purpose of this role is to sell New and Used Vehicle Finance and Extended Warranties and other value added products whilst achieving both volume and profit targets all defined in operational and financial guidelines.
You will be required to prepare and use a planned sales presentation designed to achieve maximum sales and profit from available sales opportunities and to achieve the Company’s agreed targets. To contribute to the achievement of maximum customer retention and service excellence through customer handling skills and, when required, the effective delivery and hand over of vehicles.
Every effort must be made to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction. All callers to the showroom must be treated politely and professionally. Non-Sales Department customers must also be assisted and offered every courtesy.
It is the Business Manager’s responsibility to ensure that all paperwork and admin related to his or her sales are carried out accordance to the dealership’s procedures and practices.
Accurate monthly reports will be completed and a copy given to the Sales Manager and Finance Director.
To comply with standards as laid down by the Financial Services Authority.
To comply with all the Quality Standards agreed within the dealership and to have personal responsibilities for the application of the Dealership Policy and Procedures.
To work as support to the Sales Manager and provide assistance in his absence.
The successful applicant can enjoy a basic of £25,000 and an OTE £55,000
