Business Manager - London/Frankfurt

Newly created Business Manager role to support the Brexit team who will be relocating to the Frankfurt office.

Fluency in English and German will be critical.

Client Details

A mid-size Investment Bank.

The role will start in the London office so you will benefit from a larger network/be able to develop key relationships and gain an understanding of the wider business, but will ultimately relocate to Frankfurt to join the newly created office.


Supporting the MD and team on the Brexit project.

Producing reports and committee packs to support all meetings.

Supporting the Secretariat function - taking minutes at meetings, producing Board packs (which are uploaded onto Boardvantage).

Diary management and travel arrangements for the MDs/leadership team.

Producing high quality reports (using MS Office).

Communicating across the global network of offices - fluency in English and German (written and spoken) is essential. In addition, fluency in Japanese would be advantageous.


Degree educated

Bilingual - English/German

Experience as an Executive Assistant working within a Financial Services environment.

Advanced MS office skills - Word, PowerPoint, Excel

A flexible approach - able to adapt to constant change and a fast paced working environment.
