What you'll be doing

You will be leading the shaping of allocated strategic and operational improvement programmes. You will ensure they are resourced with SMEs from within Commercial. You will ensure that impacts across systems, processes and people are fully understood and addressed, risks managed and mitigated, and quality outcomes are delivered. You will ensure they are implemented effectively and embedded into the Commercial operation and the realisation of the benefits (working with the 4 distribution /segment directors).

What's a typical day?

You will lead the delivery of improvements (investigate, simplify, automate, digitize, optimise, change, remove, etc) systems, structures and processes to improve compliance, customer experience, quality and efficiency across UKI Commercial. You will support the implementation of channel strategies for all contact centre activities across Commercial, including contact centre technology/processes that delivers commercial value and generate commercial benefit, by removing waste and creating operational efficiency and effectiveness. You will manage and deliver change through effective consultation and obtaining stakeholder sign off, using appropriate diagnostic tools pre-delivery, during transition and post-delivery ensuring a continuous improvement methodology is adopted.

Who we're looking for?

* You should have existing and in-depth change management experience from a financial services regulatory background
* You should be able to lead the delivery of improvements (investigate, simplify, automate, digitize, optimise, change, remove, etc) systems, structures and processes to improve compliance customer experience, quality and efficiency across UKI Commercial
* Lead the prioritisation process for IT fixes / development of solutions or provide cover when required.
* You will support the implementation of channel strategies across Commercial, including contact centre technology/processes that delivers commercial value and generate commercial benefit, by removing waste and creating operational efficiency and effectiveness
