A small team of Senior Executives currently supports the firm's managing directors. Their primary role is to provide strategic and operational support to the MDs to ensure the smooth implementation of the firm's strategy. As a result they manage a number of projects which cut across the firm's matrix structure involving practice groups, countries and sectors. By working with all of the MDs, the Senior Executives play an important role in ensuring that every part of the business works together and has full visibility of the on-going initiatives.
The Senior Executives now require additional resource to help them carry out their roles. This position will provide the successful candidate with an opportunity to develop a good understanding how a law firm works and to develop business management skills in a dynamic environment. It will bring them into contact on a daily basis with the firm's key decision makers and allow them to have a tangible impact on the firm's success.
The successful candidate will have:
- Graduate or graduate calibre with professional experience
- Open to the right individual and skill-set gained from either legal services, financial services or similar background
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience, e.g. Project Management, Business Management, Business Analyst or similar experience
- Project management background useful
