With a new opening in our amazing team we're looking for a Business Development professional with a hungry approach to join our rewarding working environment.
We're a big player when it comes to Media and Advertising in our field. Focusing on the world of Aviation and Flight. We're a focused team in a new office and allow our staff to grow and thrive on a global scale with a number of international trips to meet your international clients being a very realistic prospect!
We offer some great training here, we don't expect you to come in and know your targets or the industry straight away. We understand that takes a bit of time so we're all about developing our staff, we want you to become an expert in our field and start to really fly.
Your new role is all about bringing in new business, It's solid Business Development through and through, reaching out to new prospects building a pipeline and closing the deals.
There will be some existing clients for you to get your teeth stuck into straight away but we really want you to expand your client base using your amazing sales skills!
Due to the nature of our business many of your clients and customer work in different time zones so we adapt to making calls and contact through the day. Standard office hours are 9-5pm but our sales staff who have really earned their wings do know that putting in the extra hours pays off and are rarely in the office later than 8.30am.
Tuesdays we start early to hit the Eastern Markets and change our hours to 6am-2pm so we really need somebody who can be flexible with their time.
It is a tough job, our Business Development team average around 60 dials a day of that you may pick up around 10 quality calls, so we really want somebody who is resilient and can take a knock back or two.
We do however offer a great package with amazing bonus structures in place along with work perks that can see travel to some amazing locations across the globe.

Who we need for this role is somebody who can get stuck in, who isn't afraid of knock backs and rejection, someone who can power through with a smile on their face and a clear goal in mind.
We want somebody who is flexible with their time, someone who can take that call from the other side of the world at 4am if that's what's needed to make you our next top biller.

Ideally somebody from Media sales or an industry such as Recruitment sales where you are used to making a high number of calls chasing that next big sale.
