A fantastic opportunity for someone with previous telesales/business development experience to help develop further an already thriving family business in the field of office refurbishment.

The Role
This role does not by any means require a pushy sales person but more suited to a personable individual who enjoys building relationships and rapport, but equally someone who is not afraid to pick up the phone and cold call. It is not entirely confined to cold calling as there are plenty of warm leads to develop. As well as calls you will be corresponding over email and by letter so a good command of the English language and IT literacy are essential. Working in comfortable offices on the outskirts of Thame in a small but friendly environment where as well as your salary there is the opportunity to earn an annual bonus by way of a reward for all your hard work.

The ideal candidate

As mentioned previously telesales experience is essential for this role but you will also need to be a hard-working and confident self-starter.

37.5 hours per week but will consider part-time for the right individual. The salary is £10 per hour or £19,500 pro-rata and they will pay a discretionary bonus at the end of the year.
