Business Development Team Member

Primary Responsibilities:


  • Provide excellent customer service and be the point of contact for new enquiries and verification renewals
  • Follow provided workflow to ensure each member gets contacted at the correct times with the correct message
  • Offer help, assistance and knowledge to those members who require support
  • Respond to emails from members as required
  • Provide assistance to other members of BD Team as required

New Enquiries

  • Ensure all members whose status is "new enquiry" are contacted within the prescribed time limits as set by the workflows
  • Provide the correct information and answer any queries a potential member may have
  • Target of 90 new full assessments a month with an annual conversion rate of 45% (subject to change within business needs)
  • Client specific campaigns may be required dependant on business needs and requirements

Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
