At Ricoh UK, we have a role for a Business Development Sales Support person who enjoys working on a varied role, where you will be a key interface with our business and our CRM system. It`s also a chance to provide training, support and guidance to the Direct/Indirect Sales teams across the UK and Ireland as well as take responsibility for sales development projects as they arise.
Key Responsibilities include:
-Provide first and second tier training and support to new and existing Sales employees (Government, Commercial, ITS, PP, Supplies) on Siebel SFA primarily (plus other sales process applications), ensure users are fully confident on how to use our CRM and sales tools and maximizing engagement of them.
-Produce management information from Siebel SFA System for varying audiences on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. In order for analysis to be undertaken and recommendations to be made in order for sales divisions to be agile to changing business needs and focus.
-Engage in and facilitate current process improvement projects as required
-Ensure the Siebel SFA database territory and customer allocation is completed in line with company standards and guidelines for new and existing Sales employees
-Provide Sales Management & Sales with ad hoc, daily, weekly and monthly reports as required using predominantly data from Siebel SFA and customizing through Excel.
-Support the promotion of good user adoption of Siebel SFA across all sales channels and areas for Ricoh UK and Ireland, to ensure data quality is maintained.
-Support the delivery of EUSFA in particular:
-Deployment of New Sales Management methodologies

So for this role we are looking for excellent communication skills, an excellent eye for detail, good level of IT levels (Excel in particular), the ability to work on your own initiative, sometimes remotely, and sound negotiation and influencing skills. You should also have the ability to adapt and use appropriate levels of communication to suit your audience (particularly for sales/training purpose).
