THE ROLE: As Business Development Sales Manager you will be selling a range of interior building products, your main point of contacts will be Main Contractors and National House Builders all at head office level. As Business Development Sales Manager you will be responsible for managing a team which consists of five National Account Managers as well as Regional Technical Managers and a Project Tracking Team. This is an exciting people manager role that will see you negotiating contracts at head office level and deciding on strategy to help grow your business.

THE PERSON: If you are a construction people manager who has dealt with strategic agreements at head office level, consider yourself to be a motivated, confident and successful sales candidate then this role could be ideal for you. Our client is looking for someone who has previously worked in the construction market and comes from a technical background, a full induction will be given.   • Salary: £50,000+ (dependent upon experience)
  • Commission - 40%
