Salary: £30,000-£60,000

My client are a market leader within the Broking sector, with strong established relationships with the UK’s leading Insurance companies. They pride themselves on their bespoke solutions for clients, creating and delivering policies that suit a particular situation and need, differentiating them from others in the market. A well-established organisation, they have been going through strong, consistent growth, and are now looking to really ramp up sales targets; and in turn, the sales team. They are therefore on the lookout for a talented Sales professional to join the team, of varying seniorities.

Summary of the skills they are looking for:

  • Industry knowledge, and a passion for the broking/insurance sector
  • An out-and-out hunter, confident in their ability to build a strong pipeline and drive revenue
  • The ability to generate new business through both cold-calling and pitching/presenting to C-Level Executives
  • Consistency in meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • The ability to be reactive to clients’ needs and situations
  • Ambitious and personable individual, with the charisma and drive to really succeed
  • Entrepreneurial spirit – there is flexibility on how you would like to work, whether on field, at home or in the office. They support however you prefer to work!

The salary is between £30,000-£60,000, all dependent on the calibre of the individual.
