You’ll be joining the new business team to add an extra 20% to this year’s revenue. As employees tend to stick around and grow with the business, brand new opportunities such as this are rare. As Business Development Researcher, you’ll get on the phone and call senior decision makers responsible for the buildings and interiors of companies across London. You’ll need to establish credibility quickly and then open up those decision makers to share information with you about their property plans. You’ll pass this information on to your senior colleagues, who will work on turning those companies into clients.

To be considered for this role, you’ll need:
- At least 18 months’ experience in a B2B telesales role or a related world such as recruitment or estate agency.
- A professional, warm, and authoritative telephone manner
- An excellent work ethic and the resilience to keep working hard when the going gets tough
