Are you a diligent, organised, efficient and self-motivated Administrator/ Client liaison with previous experience in developing client relationships, and confident selling skills? Do you have an exceptional phone manner, and have worked previously within Financial services? Then this role in the heart of the West End will be the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to:

- Handling all phone enquiries
- Arrangement of client meetings
- Following up with prospective clients
- Assisting with the development of client / introducer relationships (both over the phone and face to face)
- General Office Administrative duties

The key attributes of the successful candidate for this role will be:

- Excellent telephone manner
- Competent in the Microsoft Office package
- A proactive individual
- Experience within Financial Services is desireable
- Able to work autonomously or as part of a small team
- Ability to provide demonstrable experience within a similar role
- Ability to forge lasting relationships with clients
