A well known and hugely respected charity are looking for a sales professional to grow the training arm of their business nationwide and with a focus on healthcare bodies such as the NHS and housing associations.

You will be exploring all relevant and appropriate business to business (B2B) opportunities with warm and existing leads whilst working autonomously from home circa 3 days a week, the office (Clapham Junction area) circa 2 days a week.

Our client are the market leader in Trusted Assessor Training Courses and are one of the UK's most highly respected charitable organisations.

Having been dedicated to making life easier for people living with disabilities for nearly 50 years, our client are recognisable, well known and doing exceptionally good work day in day out to assist those with disability.


Working fairly autonomously and with a huge database of well known past and present clients, you will be working from home circa 3 days a week and from the office (Clapham Junction area) circa 2 days a week to sell Trusted Assessor training courses into bodies such as the NHS and housing associations.

It is your responsibility to forge and to grow business development opportunities where appropriate whilst making all parties involved of your company presence and instilling the good work that they do for people living with disabilities nationwide.


You will need to be a fantastic conversationalist, a great communicator, measured, resilient and extremely self-motivated.

Regarding experience, you must have a proven track record in growing new business and have exposure to negotiating with C-Level decision makers.

Regarding specific industry/sector experience, a background in selling training courses would be desirable. A background also in knowing the workings of the public sector/NHS/local authority would be advantageous. Really, however, it is all about personality - are you a successful and polished communicator at all levels who loves to consultatively sell.

Job Offer

Our client are happy to offer between £30K - £35K (Dependant on experience and/or current salary) base salary with a thorough and clear bonus structure in place that will allow up to an additional £15K in bonus yearly.
