This role calls for a marketing/sales person who will be responsible for developing new business relationships and serving as the first level of support to existing clients. The Business Development & Marketing Executive will drive new business across a variety of sectors such as legal, finance, life sciences, and other global businesses and also ensure existing opportunities are being maximised. Salary can rise up to £30k - £35k OTE. Specifically, this involves identifying, developing and implementing strategic solutions to bring new clients on-board through outbound sales & marketing.

Our client is an international investment fund which is starting a business in the language services industry. This is a greenfield project very soon to launch. Having been instructed by the investors to recruit the initial team for the new company,The Right Mentor now calls for professionals to assume responsibilities in various positions.

Aiming to offer translation and localisation services in legal, finance, life sciences, technology and global business sectors, the new company is strongly committed to the vision of establishing a dynamic business to offer language services at a global scale by

  • Employing the modern principles of management and utilising contemporary marketing channels
  • Constantly analysing the market needs and providing solutions accordingly
  • Investing in people and providing guidance and resources to develop their skills and commitment to offering high calibre services
  • Offering services accredited by local and international agencies to ensure strict quality control measures
  • Ensuring continuous improvements to scalability, quality, and productivity through leveraging technology

Responsibilities

  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
  • Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Report to theBusiness Development Manageron (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results
  • Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans

Qualifications

  • Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative,Marketing Executive or similar role in language services industry, or in law firms
  • Track record of achieving sales quotas
  • Experience with CRM software
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations
  • BSc degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field
