We are looking for lively focused internal sales people to work from prestigious offices within Birmingham's jewellery quarter.
£25,000 Basic OTE £45,000 + Pension+ travel expenses.
The roles involve either selling to buy to let investors, selling off plan property from developments, or wealth managers/IFA's within their specific region, selling the concept of off plan property.
Office based role, primarily telephone based although many clients visit the offices and on-site.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Understand market’s potential, track sales via our CRM (Sales Wizard) and status reports
- Supply management with reports on customer needs,, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Continuously improve through feedback
- Proven work experience in sales, not afraid to pick the phone up.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

Salary: £25,000.00 with a £45,000.00 /year OTE
