Can you open high-value conversations with senior HR leaders in complex, multi-stakeholder environments? We are working exclusively with a global HR certification and people insights organisation employing over 400 people worldwide and experiencing sustained double-digit growth.
This is a retained assignment to support their continued expansion across the UK & Ireland, driven by internal promotion and increasing market demand. The Business Development Manager role has been created to strengthen new-business acquisition and broaden engagement with enterprise HR decision-makers.
In this role, you will drive new logo revenue by engaging HR Directors, Chief People Officers, and senior stakeholders within large organisations. You will execute a structured target-account strategy, map buying journeys, and position a globally recognised HR certification programme as a strategic investment. Sales cycles are consultative, value-led, and multi-threaded, requiring commercial credibility and strong stakeholder management. Success will be measured through pipeline quality, new client acquisition, and long-term revenue contribution.
We are seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager with 3–5 years’ experience in B2B new business sales. You will have sold into HR, professional services, or insight-led environments and be comfortable navigating complex buying groups. Strong prospecting capability, consultative selling skills, and resilience are essential. Experience using LinkedIn, social selling, and structured outbound methodologies is highly desirable.
The organisation offers a human-centric, international culture with a strong focus on learning, inclusion, and performance.
