We are seeking a talented and ambitious Business Development Manager to join their Managed Services Division, specialising in high-volume recruitment.

This job would suit an existing Business Development Manager or a successful Regional Sales Manager, (Driving or Industrial sectors preferred) ready to take the next step in your career!!

Key Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a recruitment agency environment (Driving or Industrial sectors preferred)
• Demonstrated success in building and maintaining client relationships
• Strong understanding of client requirements and service delivery excellence
• Full UK driving licence
• Ability to network effectively and act as a trusted subject matter expert
