Business Development Manager
Location: Holywell, North Wales
Salary: £50,000 + OTE £60,000
Hours: 40 hours/week (Flexible working)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive income generation, secure funding, and develop new services. You'll also track performance and social impact to ensure the future sustainability of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue business opportunities.
- Lead public sector tenders and funding applications.
- Develop new products and services aligned with sustainability goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Report on income generation and social impact.

Essential Skills & Experience:
- Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience.
- Proven success in business development and securing funding.
- Experience in managing public sector tenders and proposals.
- Strong commercial acumen and relationship-building skills.

Desirable Skills:
- Knowledge of public sector procurement & best practice
