Established in 2016, PassMeFast provides intensive driving courses across England, Scotland and Wales. We’ve had exceptional growth year-on-year, even managing to set several new sales records in 2020 despite Covid.
Until now all of our sales have come directly through B2C. This year we’re looking to significantly expand our reach by branching out into B2B opportunities. It will be an entirely new project for us, and as such, we’re looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to take full ownership of this aspect of our business. Hence, the ideal candidate will be someone who seeks out and maximises opportunities wherever they can be found. Having both a strong sense of ingenuity and initiative.
Our aim is to establish substantial partnerships with universities, sports academies, government agencies, and employee/student discount platforms; to name just a few examples. The Business Development Manager will have the freedom to shape this role and pursue any profitable opportunities. As the department grows, they’ll be instrumental in expanding the team and its scope.
This role includes an uncapped commission structure as we believe in generously rewarding the achievements of our sales team.
£30-35,000 base salary; uncapped commission + car allowance
National role, based out of our Head Office in Media City Salford Quays
