Job title: Business Development Manager - SAAS

Location: Cheshire (Remote/Field based)

Salary: Basic £30,000-£45,000 - OTE £80,000+ (uncapped) + flexible working

NJR Recruitment are proud to be recruiting for this innovative tech innovation business who specialise in offering an intelligent portfolio of solutions and services used by leading brands and blue chip clients to deliver next-generation customer experiences. Clients using their solution are achieving outstanding online sales, impressive ROI and customer retention which has resulted in their clients’ rapid global expansion.

They are recruiting for ambitious Business Development Managers who will pitch their portfolio of solutions and services to clients, whilst maintaining a good working relationship with existing contacts and on-going accounts.

Key Duties:

  • Identifying and prospecting for new business opportunities within the Retail vertical - targeting online retailers, healthy and beauty, DIY and furniture.
  • Demonstrating extensive product knowledge and articulately presenting the benefits of the software to your target client.
  • Building strong fruitful relationships with key senior decision makers.
  • Utilising the CRM and other sales tools to maximise your output and pipeline
  • Project managing your clients and sales from cradle to grave.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years proven track record in winning strategic new business, at senior level with at least 3 years in enterprise SaaS Software
  • Experience in effectively managing the sales cycle across target accounts through to completion.
  • Able to manage complex deals, with multiple stakeholders and 6-9 month sales cycles
  • Strong technical acumen, ability to demonstrate software and participate in technical conversations.
  • A problem solver and tenacity in the face of set backs.

There is a great commission scheme in place with a realistic OTE of £80,000, flexible working available from home and exposure to working with some of the best known brands in the world.
