Role: Business Development Executive / Lister Job Summary

Location: Southampton

Basic Salary: £19,000 to £25,000

My client is looking for a Business Development Executive to assist in the development a growth of their organisation. The ideal candidates will have a history in developing relationship in Sales or Lettings. Your remit will be to maximise and develop new business, increasing revenue streams for the company and to play a fundamental role in the longer-term development and expansion of the organisation.

The principle duties of the role will be:

• To develop new Landlord / Vendor contacts and secure new sales and rental properties for the company within the Southampton area
• To play a fundamental role in the development of the company and over-all business growth
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in sales and lettings

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• To pioneer develop develop new relationships with property developers, house builders other external contacts and new potential Landlords / Vendors
• To take property listing instructions and ensure all details are uploaded to our office system
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in sales and lettings
