CSG are currently working on behalf of an extremely innovative, world leader in the plumbing industry. To build on their growth, our client is looking to appoint a Business Development Manager to cover the North of England.

The Candidate:

The successful Business Development Manager in the North will:

  • Support the sales team in their activities and assist in the development of new customers.
  • Assist the Marketing team in all aspects of Product Management.
  • Help to develop the annual sales plan and strategy for the Northern territory in conjunction with the Sales Director.
  • To train other personnel as required in regard to products in order to generate product awareness, knowledge and understanding.
  • Provide sales and business development support for products by maintaining contact with Regional merchant accounts and distributors (in conjunction with the relevant Sales Manager).

The successful Business Development Manager in the North will:

  • have a minimum of 4-6 years of experience in a sales and business development role preferably within the bathroom and/or plumbing & heating industry.
  • have a strong sales and technical oriented background.
  • have experience with all relevant software packages.
  • have extensive experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining sales and marketing strategies to meet organisational objectives.
