What You'll Get
As a Business Development Manager, you will join a small but established sales function which is over performing and looking to grow. You can expect a competitive salary dependent on experience which can range from £30 - 40k basic plus double OTE and share options based on performance.
What You'll Do
In this new business role, you will be responsible for developing and growing new and existing vertical markets. You will be focused on developing new opportunity through phone and face to face meetings and will have the support of a lead generation team to book demos and meetings for you. As a Business Development Manager you will work on a sales cycle from 1 day to a year depending on the solution you’re selling and will typically be selling to mid-market accounts. Typically you will be selling into the Financial Services and HR sector.
What You'll Need
The Business Development Manager will come from a B2B sales background, you may be in an SDR role and want to move into a closing 360 role or just want more opportunity from your current BDM role. It is vital that you want to be part of a fast growth start-up business and that you believe you can thrive selling into the Financial Services and HR space.
