The opportunity

As a Business Development Manager, you will be primarily responsible for creating new client relationships, while partnering with solutions designers to provide unique client solutions in the six areas of focus: Sales Excellence, Customer Experience, Leadership and Management Development, Personal Development, Change and Innovation, Safety Culture.
You will be expected to grow the practice by owning the relationship building and commercial phases of client relationships. You will identify opportunities and be able to offer fantastic solutions to your customers and be confident and able to liaise with people at all levels but in particular have the gravitas to work with those at a very senior level.
Required Experience:

* Proven experience and a track record in sales/business development in a solution services sector is essential
* Experience in selling large L&D initiatives would be preferable
* A strong and confident communicator with a positive, go-getter attitude
* A proven track record of new business development success is also essential
