Our client is an established, professional and growing Business Services and Consultancy corporate, servicing the needs of UK and International individuals based in the UK and Europe, on a B2B2C basis. They provide information, guidance, advice, and the fulfilment of services via their digital platforms and systems.
They are expanding their London based Sales and Business Development team, and are looking for an experienced business development professional to focus on growing their London network of business introducers and referral partners. These referrers will include City based wealth managers, investment professionals, family offices, professional service partnerships - such as legal, accountancy, tax, and property businesses and partnerships, and other non-competing financial service providers. Candidates will have experience of selling into these sectors, with the commercial acumen to identify and qualify new referral partners. The client uses extensive marketing tools to generate leads, including networking events, trade shows, and collateral. They have also had a strong Joint Venture approach, which has proved very successful both in the UK and in Europe.
A 'hunter’ approach is essential as the role has a strong new business focus, and the successful candidate will be imaginative and driven in terms of lead generation, utilising their own and the client’s research, and extensive networking to create opportunities and build the referral network and a pipeline of business.
