Business Development Manager, Heathrow
£30 - £40k basic + uncapped commission
We are working with one of the area’s most highly regarded International Courier Companies to recruit a driven Business Development Manager into its growing sales team. The company is small but successful due to its focus on the value and service provided to its customers – in a competitive industry they are progressing and expanding year on year.
Due to its growth within the Market , there is an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join their sales team. The role will have dual responsibilities – Key Account Management and prospecting new business, and as such having a strategic plan is important, as well as an enthusiastic and entrepreneurial approach to the business.
- Generate leads and win new business – ensuring a strong pipeline of meetings with potential clients.
- Key Account Management – build lasting relationships with the decision makers.
- Working with and meeting your targets and KPIs
- Manage your customer data and all databases using our CRM system
- Attend regular sales meeting and prepare monthly sales forecasts
Essential Skills & Requirements:
Ideally you will have a background in selling services or products in a B2B environment, with a proven track record in willing new business and hitting KPIS. You should have a minimum of 3 years sales experience from a Customer facing background.
To be a success in this role you must be results focused, highly driven to win new business and want to be the best at what you do. If you are able to demonstrate excellent negotiating skills, take on board and implement new ideas with a “can do” attitude the Company offers a highly competitive salary and commission scheme but also company car, and other attractive benefits.
