To aid in the rapid growth of InsightUK, we are currently seeking aBusiness Development Manager, building business relationships with existing major customers and bring on larger customers.

The Business Development Manageris to establish themselves in the position of trust for all major accounts to ensure that Insightuk is the company of choice for all tender pertaining to the work InsightUK carries out.

Whilst InsightUK existing Sales team is somewhat self-sufficient, the BDM is to guide and manage the sales teams going forward and instruct / train in sales techniques, motivational talks and guidance as to approaches, overcoming rejections and all the other standard Sales techniques available to a sales person.

Job Type / Category

The Business Development Manageris to manage the Insightuk’s Sales Department which currently consists of two sales teams, with each team comprising of one Sales manager and one Sales managers Assistant and look to manage the growth of the company in a rapid and dynamic manner.

All sales carried out by the sales department are in new contract sales, and whilst this is a driving aspect of the company the Business Development Manager, is to have an active authority in the other sales aspects of the company to ensure that the customer receives a constant, professional sales based customer service from all departments of Insightuk.

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role the ideal candidate will need to have experience as a Business Development Manager, previous experience relating to Business Development in the facilities services sector and have a good eye for business. You will need to possess excellent interpersonal skills and a flair for great service and leading by example. Good rates of pay, friendly environment and great career prospects.
