Basic Salary £30k + Uncapped Commission, OTE £42k - £45k (Including Base Salary)

They provide public training courses along with more bespoke / tailored in house solutions and are considered to be the number 1 player in their industry. As part of their growth plans they are looking to grow their sales team by recruiting an Inbound Sales Executive.

About the role of Business Development Manager
We are looking to recruit for a hungry and ambitious Business Development Manager to join a successful sales team in the heart of London.
You will receive first class training and be responsible for developing new in house training opportunities from a pool of target accounts / prospects.
As a Business Development Manager you will be hunting for new business selling a range of Financial Training Courses into senior level decision makers within Banks and Financial Institutions as well as generating bespoke financial training solutions for Account Managers who will then be responsible for closing these deals.
You will be incentivized on the volume and quality of the opportunities you generate and be rewarded with a generous and uncapped commission scheme.
We very much see this role progressing into a Client Relationship Manager / Account Manager role which would involve plenty of International Travel and managing some very high profile client relationships and we are therefore looking for an ambitious Sales / Business Development Manager who is ambitious with an excellent consultative sales approach.
Your Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 18 months proven B 2 B Sales / Business Development experience
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales revenue targets
- Pro active approach to sales, driven and hungry
- Degree educated
- High levels of intellectual curiosity, self awareness and diligence
- Goal orientated and a team player
- An understanding or interest in the Financial Sector
- Additional European languages are beneficial but not essential
