I am working with a market leading organisation based in Teesside and they are looking for a Business Development Manager to join the successful team.
Hunting, managing and conversion of high level / value opportunities, with a focus on sales growth, both within existing customer base / key accounts and new customers. Promotion of business product range and integrated solutions for the purpose of achieving and exceeding agreed sales and profit performance targets. Managing identified allocated accounts, to maximise all opportunities. Manage and develop both existing and any new customer relationships.
For this role your primary focus will be sales and business development, sales and account management, understanding competitors and suppliers within the market, responsible for understanding the department targets and objectives and achieving personal objectives.
The right applicant will have previous working experience within a business development / account management role, proven track record in true business growth, experience selling to decision makers at all levels and experienced in O&G, Petrochemical, Marine or Renewable Energy industry.
