Business Devleopment Manager required. Our client a leader in the international marker for building technologies and energy management are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to help further grow and develop their energy solutions business.

The ideal candidate will be located within a commutable distance of London and have previous experience of selling Tridium or Optergy.

Business Development Manager Position Overview

Reporting directly to the National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for working with clients in a consultative manner to generate new energy solution sales and smart building solutions to high profile commercial facilities in both the private and public sectors. Working with property owners, property management and end-user clients in the commercial, educational, retail, health, and government market sectors, you will develop and execute market-specific business plans to meet sales targets. You will need to put together system solutions, provide estimates and quotes, and present proposals to clients.

Business Development Manager Position Requirements

You ideally have a solid track record of success in business development, ideally within the Automation and Controls and Business Management Services industry. Strong knowledge in energy efficiency solutions is required to equip you with the skills necessary to build business relations.

Business Development Manager Position Remuneration

  • Basic Salary between £40,000 - £55,000
  • Car Allowance / Company Car
  • Competitive Bonus scheme
