We are currently working with an outstanding family run organisation, industry leaders in the IT leasing sector for almost 20 years, based in beautiful Amersham. They are recruiting for a Business Development Manager to join their friendly, supportive and buzzing office on a permanent, full time basis working Monday to Friday 8.45am-5.30pm.

As a Business Development Manager you will be responsible for developing strong working relationships with existing and prospect IT resellers, generating leads and booking appointments, The role offers fantastic career progression into a Senior role for someone who demonstrates excellent work ethics and the ability to regularly hit targets.

Key tasks include:
- Outbound B2B calling
- Lead generation
- Appointment setting
- Management of the database
- Working to monthly KPIs and targets

Candidate requirements:
- Several years exposure to a B2B sales role
- Excellent knowledge of the leasing sector
- Proven objection handling skills
- Outstanding communication, IT and numeracy skills

My client is offering a basic salary of £30,000 with on target earnings of £60,000, doubling your income! There are a number of additional benefits and you'll be joining a great team of like minded people.
